LALA LADY provide products in the event and retail industries.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability, receipt of payment and order specifications, requests will be processed within 3-5 days, and delivery will be confirmed by email. All sales include courier services and will be delivered by third-party couriers. LALA LADY is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.
Return and Refunds Policy
All products offered by LALA LADY are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, LALA LADY will issue a full refund to the client within 10 days.
Please note that cancellation of confirmed orders will incur a 15% administration fee. All cancellations must be submitted per email within two (2) calendar days of placing the order.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
All customized products - once approved by the client - and sale items that are offered at significant discounts, cannot be returned or cancelled once they’ve been placed.
Customer Privacy Policy
LALA LADY shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users as per the Protection of Personal Information Act 2013 (POPI Act).
Currency, Payment and Payment Gateway Options
The transaction currency will be the South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by EFT payments into LALA LADY’s bank account. Bank details will be provided on request.
Online payments are processed through YOCO.
Responsibility
LALA LADY takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
