Shipping*

We are based in Johannesburg but do ship throughout South Africa. 

Enjoy free delivery on all orders over R750.
For orders less than R750, a standard courier fee of R125 will apply.

Delivery Timeframe*
Our delivery times depend on your location:

· Main cities: 2-3 working days

· Regional/outlying areas: 3-5 working days

· If you need your order delivered urgently, please don’t hesitate to contact us - we'll do our best to expedite your delivery.

Refunds*

· All products offered by LALA LADY are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, LALA LADY will issue a full refund to the client within 10 days.

· Please note that cancellation of confirmed orders will incur a 15% administration fee. All cancellations must be submitted per email within two (2) calendar days of placing the order.

· Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

· While we love creating something special for you, all customized products - once approved by you - and sale items that are offered at significant discounts, cannot be returned or cancelled once they’ve been placed.

· Orders that do not meet the order specifications must be queried within 2 days of receipt.
